Electric dust collector is a supporting equipment for thermal power plants. Its function is to remove particulate smoke and dust from the exhaust gas of stoves or oil fired boilers, thereby significantly reducing the amount of smoke and dust discharged into the atmosphere. This is an important environmental protection equipment for environmental pollution and improving air quality. Its working principle is that when the smoke passes through the flue in front of the main structure of the electrostatic precipitator, the smoke carries a positive charge, and then the smoke enters the electrostatic precipitator channel with multiple layers of cathode plates. Due to the mutual adsorption between positively charged smoke particles and the cathode plate, the particulate smoke particles in the flue gas are adsorbed on the cathode. When the cathode plate is hit at regular intervals, the thick smoke particles fall into the ash hopper below the structure of the electrostatic precipitator under the dual effects of self weight and vibration, thus achieving the purpose of smoke particles in the flue gas. Due to the large power output of general units in thermal power plants, such as 600000 kW units, with an hourly coal consumption of about 180 tons, the amount of smoke and dust can be imagined. Therefore, the corresponding structure of the electrostatic precipitator is also relatively large. The cross-sectional size of the main structure of the electrostatic precipitator used in general thermal power plants is about 25-40 × 10-15m. If the height of the ash hopper is added to the 6-meter height and the height of the smoke transport space, the entire height of the electrostatic precipitator is above 35 meters. For such a large steel structure, not only the autonomous, smoke load, wind load, but also the static and dynamic analysis under seismic load need to be considered. At the same time, the stability of the structure must also be considered.

Performance characteristics of KWD wide spacing electrostatic precipitator:

1. Purification, electrostatic precipitators can improve efficiency by extending the length of the electric field, increasing the flow area of the electric field, improving the control quality of the controller, and regulating the flue gas to meet the required dust removal efficiency. For conventional electrostatic precipitators, their dust removal efficiency is generally higher during normal operation. Capable of collecting fine dust particles larger than 0.01 microns. In the design, different operating parameters can be used to meet the required purification efficiency.

2. Low resistance loss, low equipment resistance, and low total energy consumption. The total energy consumption of an electrostatic precipitator is composed of the energy consumption of equipment resistance, power supply device, heating device, vibration and ancillary equipment (such as ash discharge motor, gasification fan, etc.). The resistance loss of an electrostatic precipitator is generally 150-300Pa, which is about 1/5 of that of a bag filter, and its share in the total energy consumption is relatively low. Generally, processing a smoke volume of 1000m/h requires a consumption of 0 2-0. 8kWh. Generally below 20 millimeters of water column, compared with cyclone dust collectors, even considering the power consumption of the power supply unit and vibration mechanism, the total power consumption is still relatively small.

3. The smoke treatment capacity is large. Due to its modular structure, electrostatic precipitators can achieve large-scale installation. The large electric field cross-sectional area of a single electrostatic precipitator reaches 400 square meters.

4. High operating temperatures are allowed, such as the SHWB circuit dust collector which allows for an operating temperature of 250 ℃, while other types can reach 350-400 ℃ or higher.

5. It can achieve automatic control of operations.
